Céline Luxury Hair prides itself on delivering only the highest standard of raw virgin hair.
Every bundle, closure and wig is carefully checked, examined and quality-approved before being dispatched.
For hygiene and safety reasons, hair extensions cannot be resold once opened or handled — therefore, our policy is very strict.
We want every customer to shop with confidence, knowing their hair is brand new, untouched and hygienic.
1. Returns
We do not accept returns on any hair products.
Because human hair is a hygiene item, returns are not possible once an order has been placed.
Hair must remain unworn, uncoloured, uncut, unwashed and unopened.
Once packaging has been opened, tampered with, or handled, the item is strictly non-returnable.
2. Refunds
We do not offer refunds on hair extensions or wigs.
All items are fully inspected, approved and photographed before dispatch to ensure accuracy and quality.
Refunds are only considered if the wrong item was sent.
In this case, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
We do not offer exchanges on hair that has been:

Worn
-
Installed
-
Brushed or combed
-
Cut or trimmed
-
Straightened or curled
-
Dyed or bleached
-
Washed or wet
-
Altered in any way
4. Order Issues (Very Rare)
If you believe there is a genuine issue with your order upon arrival, you must contact us within 24 hours, before the hair is altered or installed.

This helps us verify the condition in which the product was received.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Any hair that has been coloured, bleached, cut or altered
6. Warranty
All Céline Luxury Hair products come with a quality guarantee.
This guarantees the hair is in perfect condition when dispatched.
This does not cover:

Damage from colouring
-
Incorrect installation
-
Heat damage
-
Improper maintenance
-
Chemical treatments
-
Cutting or trimming
7. Goodwill Support (At Our Discretion Only)
In extremely rare cases, we may offer a goodwill discount on a future order.
This is not guaranteed and depends on the situation.
