All hair extensions are quality-checked, examined and confirmed in good condition before dispatch.

2. No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair products.
Only items with critical factory damage may be reviewed (unused and in original packaging).

3. Order Processing

Once an order is placed, it enters processing immediately and cannot be changed.

4. Shipping

All orders are shipped using secure, tracked delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers.

5. Fraud & Chargebacks

Any fraudulent orders or chargebacks will be reported and legally investigated.
