Shipping policy

Effective Date: April 10, 2025

1. Dispatch

All orders are securely packaged in London, UK, and shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed (Recorded & Tracked).

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

2. Delivery Times

UK Orders: 1–2 working days after dispatch

Europe: 5–10 working days

International: 7–15 working days

3. Tracking

A Royal Mail tracking number will be emailed to you once your parcel has been shipped.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

4. Delays & Lost Parcels

While rare, we are not responsible for delays once an item has been handed to Royal Mail.

If a parcel is lost or delayed, we will assist you with an investigation and claim.

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your address details at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
